Welcome to Fèath dog park and agility course. We try to be as relaxed as the environment that you will hopefully enjoy. At the same time, in order to maximise your safety and enjoyment, and that of our other visitors (dogs and people!), we all need to satisfy the following terms. We urge you to read through them and to let us know if you have any concerns or questions.

1. Responsible Dog Ownership
• Supervision: Dogs should always be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
• Unattended dogs: Dogs should never be left unattended in the park or in vehicles.
• Health and vaccinations: Dogs should be healthy, fully vaccinated, and wormed before entering the park.
• Control: It is advised that dogs are taken out and returned to vehicles on the lead.
2. Safety & Cleanliness
• Dog droppings: Owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs and disposing of waste properly. Bins are provided and marked for droppings that are bagged.
• General rubbish needs to be placed in the bin that is marked for it.
• Digging: dogs need to be stopped from digging in the field.
• Food or treats: any food or treats you bring with you must not be left behind when you leave
• Toys:
- are provided only for use with dogs;
- are used at the risk of the dog owner;
- need to be put away before leaving;
- that you bring with you need to be taken away on leaving.
• Reporting Damage: Owners should report any damage to equipment, shed/summer house, fences or gates.
• Agility equipment: the agility equipment is provided for the benefit of your dog, not for use by humans, whether they are children or adults.
3. Booking & time slots
• Cancellations/Rescheduling:
- bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than two days’ notice are still liable to payment;
- Fèath cannot be held responsible for cancellations or restrictions due to adverse weather or road conditions.
